- Manage time, cost, quality, risk, and financial performance of assigned scope
- Oversee design-build coordination with engineers, architects, vendors, and user groups
- Review schedules and project documentation (safety, permits, QA/QC, insurance, bonding, etc.)
- Lead procurement of equipment and materials
- Estimate scope changes and provide value engineering input
- Collaborate with construction teams on workforce planning
- Mentor junior project staff to support career development
- 6+ years of construction project management experience
- Proven track record as the main PM
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and contract law
- Skilled in project scheduling, estimating, and scope management
- Experience with electrical and/or technology scopes in institutional or commercial buildings preferred
- PMP or project management certification an asset
- Electrical trade certification or degree in Electrical Engineering an asset
