Your RoleReporting to the Front Office Manager;In this role, you will:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
  • Welcome, greet, and assist guests, including performing check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and handle requests professionally and promptly.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and process new reservations efficiently.
  • Perform night audit duties, including balancing revenue and settlement accounts.
  • Ensure accuracy in daily transactions and follow all cash-handling procedures.
  • Maintain guest security through proper handling of room keys and personal information.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while completing operational tasks such as maintaining files and preparing the system for the next day.

What You Bring to the Table
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • ONQ experience is an asset.
  • Must be friendly, energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
  • Available to work evenings and overnights including weekends and holidays;
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
