Posting Closing Date: ContinuousRanch Ehrlo is seeking for highly motivated individuals to fulfill the rewarding role of Youth Care Worker (YCW) within our agency.YCW’s fulfill the role of providing day-to-day care for youth who have experienced many challenges and benefit from the support and role modelling of understanding adults.Shift Working Hours: There are a variety of shift start and end times, but these are the most common:Weekdays 15:00-00:00, 23:30-09:30.Weekends and non-school days 08:00-20:00, 09:00-21:00, 10:00-22:00, 11:00-23:00, 12:00-00:00, 23:30-11:30Benefits of the role include:

- An outgoing personality with a desire to build genuine relationships with youth
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to display empathy, patience, and understanding in day-to-day interactions.
