- Procuring and tracking goods at parts/supplier level
- Internally coordinating with the Production Manager in order to ensure that material is available in good time
- Ensuring that material is available in the correct quantities and by the set deadlines
- Initiating escalation measures relating to material deliveries in coordination with Purchasing/Supplier Quality in order to improve the suppliers' delivery reliability
- Checking and amending the master data of materials and suppliers in collaboration with Purchasing
- Checking the inventory of purchased parts/materials in coordination with the points of contact
- Helping to improve and standardise work processes
- Responsible for measuring and achieving the SCM KPIs
