We’re hiring door-to-door marketers to help generate leads and schedule estimates. You’ll be walking through local neighborhoods, speaking with homeowners, offering free quotes, and setting up appointments for our service team. No experience is required—just energy, confidence, and a willingness to learn.Responsibilities:Go door to door in assigned neighborhoodsEngage with homeowners in a friendly, professional mannerOffer free, no-obligation quotes for window and exterior cleaningCollect contact info and book appointments for our teamTrack leads and follow up as neededRepresent the company positively at all timesWhat We’re Looking For:Outgoing, confident communicatorSelf-motivated and goal-orientedReliable, punctual, and professionalComfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periodsSales or customer service experience is a bonus (but not required)Must be 16+ and legally able to work in CanadaCompensation & Perks:$20–$25/hour, depending on performanceCommission on leads and bonuses for high performanceFlexible scheduleFull training providedFun, supportive team environment
