Job DescriptionARAMARK is seeking a Lead General Helper for the food service operations at Camp VimyPosition: Lead General HelperLocation: Camp Vimy, Valcartier BaseSalary: $19.75 (based on experience)Schedule: To be discussed during the interview; full-time and part-time positions availableStart Date: Early May 2026 (summer employment - May, June, July, and August)Public transportation does not reach the site. Applicants must arrange their own transportation to the military base. Carpooling may be possible after hiring.Job Responsibilities

Supervise general helpers
Coordinate breaks and meal periods
Ensure tasks are carried out as expected
Take attendance
Anticipate and participate in operational needs
Provide replacements as needed
Greet customers and offer excellent customer service
Comply with established safety regulations
Perform any other related duties as required

Qualifications

Customer service experience
Experience as a general helper or team lead (an asset)
Strong organizational skills
Positive attitude
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to respond to operational needs

The selected candidate for this position will be required to undergo a criminal background check and, when necessary, a vulnerable sector check.
