- You will have the opportunity to collaborate with various other teams within AFSC.
- Expand and develop your subject matter expertise in multiple types of Agriculture Operations
- Provide expertise in the refinement and development of AFSC programs, policies and processes
- Work with policy specialists to expand knowledge of program rules/guidelines
- With minimal guidance from senior staff reviews, verifies and approves claims of low to medium complexity and with additional support approves claims of medium to high complexity within authority levels
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by displaying respectful words and actions to ensure effective communication and team work
- Establish situational external relationships with clients and their representatives to clarify and obtain information and ensure compliance with program guidelines
- Collate and analyze data using various systems, methods and formats. Involves working independently.
- Make decisions by applying program rules and guidelines

- Understanding and knowledge of all AFSC programs, products and services

- Makes sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems
- Sound working knowledge of agriculture, accounting practices and taxation as they apply to any program delivered by AFSC such as AgriStability and AgriRecovery is required.

- High School diploma with four (4) years of related experience
