  • Reporting to the Senior Manager, FP&A, the Senior Financial Analyst - Product & Creative is responsible for Technology forecast and analysis.
  • Lead SG&A budgeting for Technology portfolio, including operating costs, cap labor and Tech hub.
  • Strategic business partner to our Technology senior leadership team, with budget management and decision support.
  • Perform and review monthly and quarterly variance analysis while actively monitor risks & opportunities.
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives to provide financial analysis support for operating decisions impacting company P&L
  • Support monthly and quarterly executive and board meeting
qualifications:
  • Bacher's degree in Commerce, Business Adminstration, or a related field.
  • CPA or MBA a plus.
  • 5+ years of progressive financial analysis and reporting experience within fast-paced business environments.
  • Retail industry experience an asset.
  • Expert knowledge of Excel is required and working knowledge of Oracle EPM and PowerBI an asset.
  • Extremely organized, through and takes pride in quality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a time sensitive manner.

The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500-$107,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
