And that’s why we do what we do and we want you to join us –be part of the Cleaning Staff at RBC Amphitheatre where our staff are our crew members and have the unique opportunity to create an exceptional fan experience.We’re looking for seasonal crew members to join our team as Cleaning Staff!Willing to go above and beyond for both fans and fellow crew members, creating and maintaining a clean event space before, during and after our events, possessing a positive “can-do” attitude …rain or shine -the show must go on!Job Functions:
  • Keep the venue safe and clean at all times, including by not limited to: clean and disinfect all fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors and walls of restrooms, keep all guest facing area free of trash, restock restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed
  • Keep work areas neat and orderly, clean equipment and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned
  • Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
  • Assist in creating a welcoming environment for our guests
  • Perform all other duties as assigned or needed
  • Must participate in Live Nation Canada zero waste/sustainability initiatives at the venue
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working in housekeeping or as a cleaner strongly preferred
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, a strong asset
  • Must be highly motivated, take initiative and able to work independently
  • Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and occasional sitting
  • Able to work outdoors (rain or shine), among crowds and in a loud environment
  • Must be available for flexible working hours which could include weekends, evenings and holidays –as dictated by the event calendar
  • Must participate in Live Nation Canada zero waste/sustainability initiatives at the venue
  • A passion for live events!
