You’ll own the fullmarketing ecosystem — from inbound and outbound campaigns to contentstrategy, digital performance, and partnerships. This is a rare opportunity tobuild a marketing engine from the ground up, shaping the future of acompany poised for long-term market leadership.As our first-ever VP of Marketing, you will be a key member of our executiveleadership team, reporting directly to the CEO. You will own the entiremarketing function, from strategy to execution, and be responsible forcrafting a cohesive brand narrative that resonates with both our clients (hiringmanagers) and our candidates (sales professionals).What You'll Do:
  • Develop and Execute a Cohesive Marketing Strategy — Build and own the
end-to-end marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and support our recruiting teams. Includes brand marketing,content marketing, digital marketing, PR, and events.
  • Brand Leadership — Define, evolve, and champion our brand identity,
messaging, and value proposition in the market. Ensure brand consistencyand manage PR to enhance our reputation.
  • Demand Generation — Build and execute multi-channel campaigns
(content, email, SEO/SEM, social, events, ABM) to drive qualified leads.Ownpipeline metrics and ROI.
  • Candidate Marketing — Design and deliver campaigns to attract top-tier
sales candidates and support sourcing teams for project-specific candidateneeds.
  • Digital Growth — Oversee web presence, conversion optimization, and
marketing automation to maximize lead flow and nurture relationships.
  • AI-Driven Marketing Innovation — Leverage AI tools for personalization,
targeting, content creation, analytics, and customer experience. Stay aheadof trends to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Thought Leadership — Position Peak as the go-to authority in high-
performance sales recruiting through content, PR, and partnerships.
  • Data-Driven Optimization — Own marketing analytics, reporting, and KPIs
to continuously improve ROI.
  • Team Leadership — Recruit, develop, and lead a small but high-
performingmarketing team and agency partners.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration — Partner with Sales, Client Success, and
Executive Leadership to align marketing with business objectives.Who You Are:
