OverviewReporting to the Team Lead, Valuation Support, this role provides day-to-day administrative and operational support in a fast-paced professional environment. As a Valuation Coordinator, you will be part of a high performing team responsible for supporting administrative and corporate initiatives for our valuation and advisory teams across Canada.The base salary is aligned with market data and is estimated to range from $50,000-$60,000 with the ability to achieve additional compensation through a bonus. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and other factors, including relevant education/training, experience, and internal equity. This posting is for an existing vacancy within our organization.ResponsibilitiesThe key responsibilities of the Valuation Coordinator include, but are not limited to, the following:ADMINISTRATION & DATA MANGEMENT:
  • Provide high-level support on national administrative initiatives and process improvements across multiple offices in Canada to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the Valuation & Advisory team.
  • Maintain internal databases and systems with accurate, up-to-date client and project information.
  • Responsible for data accuracy, document preparation, and general team support on a national level.
  • Assist with collecting and organizing market information using internal systems and third-party databases.
  • Update CRM and tracking tools with accurate client and project information.
  • Support senior team members with basic research and data entry tasks.
  • Review and quality-check administrative components of appraisal reports and supporting documentation.
FINANCE & DEAL ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT:
  • Assist with invoice preparation and distribution.
  • Coordinate deal processing with appraisers and accounting/finance departments.
  • Assist with payment tracking and basic follow-up using established systems and procedures.
  • Help monitor Accounts Receivable and flag outstanding items to senior team members.
  • Provide support during month-end and quarter-end processes as needed.
  • General accounting, office, and other duties, including attendance at team meetings, timely filing of information, and preparation of special reports as needed.
Qualifications
  • 0–2 years of administrative, office, or coordination experience (co-op, internship, or part-time experience considered).
  • Diploma or degree in business, real estate, administration, or a related field is an asset but not required.
  • Ability to work in the downtown Toronto office a minimum of four days per week.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured manner.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience using templates and standard formatting.
  • Comfortable working with systems, databases, and shared drives; ability to learn new tools and software quickly.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when working with documents, data, and financial information.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated reliability, accountability, and a proactive approach to completing assigned tasks.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to follow established processes while escalating issues or questions appropriately.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn, take feedback, and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.
