You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.You'll contribute to delivering high-quality electrical designs that meet project requirements and timelines. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business (e.g., mechanical designers, system engineers, and project managers), ensure configuration management of deliverables, and continuously improve processes through Return on Experience (REX) management from previous projects.You’ll specifically take care of designing train electrical architecture, cubicle layouts, and wiring routes, but also specifying electrical apparatus and producing pure principle schemes (PPS).We’ll look to you for:Delivering the right product at the right moment to the projectProducing apparatus specifications, connector coding specifications, and cubicle specificationsCreating and managing electrical deliverables such as PPS, SPS, CPS, routing, and wiring listsSupporting harness case design and calculationsEnsuring adherence to Preferred Parts List (PPL) and project standardsManaging subcontracting activities, including input and output deliverablesAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent2-3+ years of experience in electrical and electrotechnical engineeringProficiency in electrical CAD tools (e.g., E3 or similar) with at least 2-3 years of experienceExperience in creating and modifying electrical schematicsKnowledge of cable selection and sizing, as well as other electrical componentsFamiliarity with panel or harness manufacturing production supportRailway industry experience is a plusExperience with Catia V5 is an assetStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFluency in French & EnglishOrganized, resilient, and hands-on approachAble to work in an international, multi-site, and matrix organization structureProactive mindset with a focus on process and deliverable improvementYou don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
