We’re looking for a motivated Landscape Designer (Junior to Intermediate level experience) to join our client’s creative team. This role is ideal for someone early in their design career who’s eager to learn, contribute fresh ideas, and grow their skills in a supportive environment.You’ll help bring outdoor spaces to life using industry-standard design tools and collaborate closely with senior designers on projects ranging from residential gardens to larger landscape plans. This position is 100% in-office and requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Location: St. Marys, ONJob Type: Full-Time, PermanentCompensation: $25-$32/hour (depending upon experience)Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing landscape design drawings and visual concepts
  • Work with software such as Dynascape, SketchUp, or similar tools
  • Support senior designers with layouts, renderings, and revisions
  • Ensure designs align with project requirements and brand standards
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and refine design concepts
Qualifications
  • Completion of a degree, diploma, or certificate program in Landscape Design, Architecture, or a related field
  • 2 years of landscape design experience
  • Proficiency in Dynascape, SketchUp, or comparable design software
  • Experience with landscape grading
  • Strong eye for detail and willingness to learn
  • Ability to manage time and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work 100% in-office
