
Human Resources and Health, Safety & Environment Administrator

- Take lead on regular and ad hoc HR reporting
- Maintain employee records and HR databases to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
- Oversee all employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Manage the HR inbox, responding to inquiries and escalating issues as needed.
- Promote a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
- Assist with safety training coordination, tracking certifications, and maintaining HSE records.
- Monitor incident reports and assist in investigations, corrective actions, and follow-ups.
- Maintain SDS (Safety Data Sheet) records and ensure accessibility.
- Manage the HSE inbox, responding to inquiries and escalating issues as needed.
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
- Experience in HR and/or HSE administration is an asset.
- Knowledge of employment standards, health & safety regulations, and best practices.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and HSE management systems is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
