Your role entails supporting the preparation of working papers for accruals, allocations, journal entries, and account reconciliations across various business units. You'll also handle data entry, invoice issuance, and contribute to monthly accounts receivable reporting.In this role, you will…Record cash deposits for multiple business lines and regions, and process wire/EFT/etc. banking transactions as requested by Treasury and other departments.Maintain bank reconciliation working papers for distribution to other teams. Also perform data entry and entering/issuing invoices.Assists in preparation of working papers for accruals, allocations, journal entries and account reconciliations for units within area of responsibility.Helps with compilation of data for various financial analysis, and prepare monthly accounts receivable reporting.What you’ll bring5+ years’ experience in an accounting related position, and a relevant Accounting Degree.Strong aptitude with processing high volume of A/R and other banking related transactions, and strong experience with bank reconciliations.ERP experience, and Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).Pursuant to the laws regarding job postings where the position is located in, Colliers is disclosing the following information:Approximate Salary Range for Role: $56,250.00 to $70,000.00Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations.
