Jardeg is recruiting a Journeyperson Scaffolder to join the Heartland Constructors Inc. team at the CNRL Albian site near Fort McMurray, Alberta for a permanent full-time position starting as soon as April 9, 2026. This position will be on a day shift on a 7/7 schedule. Flights are provided from Edmonton and Calgary.Come be a part of an outstanding team working with industry leaders who have been executing work at the Albian site for over a decade.Responsibilities:

Design scaffolds to site requirements, material specifications and CSA standards
Fully competent with assembling, dismantling and modifying System (Layer/Ring Lock) and Tube & Clamp scaffolds
Safe work practices in the industrial environment with knowledge of Task Hazard Assessments

Position Qualifications:

Journeyperson Certification and/or Interprovincial Red Seal
Class 5 Driver's License
Satisfactory completion of a Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol Test
CSTS 09 or CSO
Confined Space
Fall Protection
Basic Rigging
