Description :Temporary Motorcoach Driver – Accommodation ProvidedDo you prefer the open road to being stuck behind a desk? Do you have an excellent driving record and customer service skills? Would you like to spend the summer in beautiful Lake Louise with lodging and meals provided? Diversified Transportation may have the opportunity for you!We are currently seeking experienced Motorcoach Drivers to join our team. This is a full-time temporary opportunity lasting until October 12, 2026, shuttling park visitors in and around Lake Louise and Moraine Lake.The schedule for this position is 14 days on / 7 days off. Working an 8-hour straight shift, you will have lots of time for sightseeing, hiking, biking, and trekking in nature. There will be on-site management and lots of on-the-ground support. Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Full pre and post trip inspections of the vehicle
  • Deliver excellent, safe customer service to passengers and clients
  • Will be responsible for assisting passengers with belongings (eg. strollers, kayaks, bicycles, etc.)
  • Adhere to all of Diversified's policies and procedures
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate Diversified's Core Values
  • Complete and submit daily DVCR's and FLRA's
Position Requirements:
  • Valid class 1 or 2Q driver’s license
  • 2 years of motorcoach experience preferred
  • Possess a driver’s abstract with less than 3 demerit points (current within 30 days)
  • Ability to lift approximately 25 lbs
  • Customer service oriented and safety minded
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients, passengers and internally through radio usage
  • Ability to obtain clearance for the following tasks is required:
  • Driving record check (Pre-Employment Check Ride)
  • Physical Demands Analysis (PDA)
  • Drug & Alcohol Test (D&A)
  • Criminal Record Check and Parks Canada Security Clearance
