- Technical contribution:
- Actively participate in the design, development, implementation, testing, deployment and enhancement of our software platform dedicated to FINTECH.
- Produce high quality code that is clean, maintainable and compliant with company norms and standards.
- Carry out constructive and rigorous code reviews.
- Contribute to optimizing the performance and security of our applications.
- Keep up to date with new technologies, best practices and market trends, and share knowledge with the team.
- Propose innovative solutions to improve the efficiency and quality of the team's work.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members (developers, testers, analysts, etc.) to achieve common goals.
- Actively participate in team meetings (daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint review, etc.).
- Communicate effectively with other team members and stakeholders.
- Share knowledge and expertise with less experienced team members.
- Listen to user and customer needs.
- Excellent command of programming language (.net C#, etc.).
- Solid knowledge of relational databases.
- Experience with agile methodology.
- Knowledge of good development practices (unit testing, continuous integration, etc.).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS ) - an asset.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) - an asset.
