- Plan, launch, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Manage monthly ad budgets ($20k–$200k+ depending on client)
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA, CPL, and CAC
- Develop and execute A/B testing strategies for creatives, copy, and landing pages
- Collaborate with creative teams on high-performing ad creatives
- Monitor analytics dashboards and provide weekly performance reports
- Conduct competitor research and audience analysis
- Implement retargeting, lookalike, and funnel-based strategies
- Track conversions using pixels, GA4, and CRM integrations
- Identify scaling opportunities and new acquisition channels
- 4+ years of experience in paid media buying or performance marketing
- Proven track record managing and scaling profitable ad campaigns
- Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Experience with tracking tools (Google Analytics, GA4, GTM, conversion APIs)
- Strong understanding of funnels, landing page optimization, and CRO
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Experience managing five-figure to six-figure monthly ad budgets
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, Info Products, or Lead Generation preferred
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
