You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders by acting as a collaborative partner and ensuring effective communication throughout the hiring process.What you will doServe as a strategic partner to hiring managers, guiding them through the selection and offer stages of the recruitment processUtilize Power BI to monitor and report on recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvementManage candidate communications at the offer stage, ensuring a high-touch and professional experienceStay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (Workday)Leverage a variety of AI tools to streamline recruitment tasks such as writing job descriptions, scheduling interviews, and analyzing candidate data to improve efficiency and consistencyAct as a brand ambassador, promoting the company’s values and culture during candidate interactionsWhat we look forBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered2+ years of experience in recruiting, with a strong emphasis on interview facilitation, stakeholder management, and offer negotiationExperience recruiting for high-volume manufacturing roles preferred, but not requiredDemonstrated success utilizing data and partnering with business leaders to drive hiring outcomes and improve recruitment processesProficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS); experience with Workday or similar platforms preferredExceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentBoth roles begin onsite during training with an opportunity to transition to hybrid.HIRING SALARY RANGE: $71,000-$87,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
