
Project Manager, Linear Infrastructure

- Manage a portfolio of water and wastewater infrastructure projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery.
- Lead the planning, design, approvals, and construction phases using both open-cut and trenchless methods.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to engineers, EITs, technologists, and field staff.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across multiple offices.
- Prepare proposals, detailed design packages, tender documents, and regulatory submissions.
- Maintain strong client relationships and uphold high service standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering discipline.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario.
- 15–20+ years of progressive experience in municipal linear infrastructure projects.
- Deep knowledge of municipal/provincial design standards, approvals, and construction processes.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Salary: $150k - $170k
