We’re looking for a seasoned OpenShift DevOps Engineer to join our Platform Automation team within CE&T as a Senior Consultant. In this strategic role, you’ll lead the design and deployment of Kubernetes/OpenShift solutions, champion Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices, and build secure, scalable CI/CD pipelines. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative infrastructure solutions that meet business objectives while adhering to enterprise standards and controls. This is a hands-on technical leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in automation, containerization, and performance optimization—and is eager to collaborate across teams to drive innovation and excellence.What you will be doing:Infrastructure as Code DevelopmentDesign and develop Kubernetes/OpenShift deployment templates and operatorsAutomate deployment processes using tools like Ansible OperatorCI/CD Pipeline ConfigurationBuild and configure CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and TektonEnsure seamless integration and delivery workflowsContainerization and SecurityBuild and manage containers using PodmanImplement container security best practices including scanning, hardening, and SELinux configurationInfrastructure Deployment and AutomationDeploy and manage infrastructure using Terraform and AnsibleDeliver repeatable, scalable, and secure infrastructure solutionsMonitoring and ObservabilityConfigure and manage OpenShift monitoring toolsIntegrate with Splunk and Dynatrace to ensure system reliability and performanceCollaboration and LeadershipPartner with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure with business goalsProvide technical leadership and guidance to ensure successful project deliveryWhat you must have:8+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift deployments and operatorsExperience with OpenShift templates, Tekton pipelines, and Ansible OperatorProficiency in building containers using Podman and securing them with SELinuxStrong background in infrastructure automation using Terraform and AnsibleExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and make effective time allocation decisionsStrong analytical and decision-making skillsCommitment to teamwork, accountability, and bringing your authentic self to workHigh attention to detail and a focus on delivering quality outcomesFor more information about TEEMA and to consider other career opportunities, please visit our website at
