Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (2 × 15-min breaks, 1 × 30-min lunch; no weekends or overtime)
Wage: $25–$27/hourKey Responsibilities:
- General warehouse and shipping/receiving duties
- Maintain cleanliness of warehouse and shipping dock; occasional garbage removal
- Receive and inspect inbound shipments; verify packing slips and quantities
- Enter inventory into system and distribute items to appropriate departments
- Coordinate with drivers for pickups and deliveries
- Pack garments for shipment (boxing, inspection, labeling, invoicing, documentation)
- Use shrink wrap, RF scanner (preferred)
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Assist with administrative tasks, including answering and transferring incoming calls
- Use software for invoicing, tracking, and printing shipping labels
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexible, reliable, and able to multitask
- RF scanner experience an asset
- Legally eligible to work in Canada Seeking a long-term candidate (early 30s+ ideal)
