The Senior UX Designer will deliver engaging, accessible, and intuitive user experiences across digital channels. Working hands-on in UX and UI design, this role involves creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI components. The successful candidate will use systems thinking to build scalable, reusable designs within enterprise CMS platforms and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align user needs with business goals.Duties & ResponsibilitiesTranslate requirements and user insights into functional design solutions aligned with brand guidelines.Produce UX artifacts such as wireframes, prototypes, UI designs, and component specs.Customize and extend CMS components while maintaining design system consistency.Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.Conduct end-to-end user research and incorporate findings into design iterations.Contribute to Agile team workflows and project delivery.Core RequirementsMinimum 4 years of UX/UI design experience.Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction and visual design with prototyping.Proficiency with Figma.Experience designing across mobile, desktop, and app platforms.Familiarity with design systems and responsive design principles.Desired Skills & ExperienceExperience with enterprise CMS platforms (AEM preferred).Background working in Agile environments.Ability to produce component-level documentation.Exposure to end-to-end UX research and analysis.Knowledge of accessibility and usability best practices.Terms
This is a 12-month contract role with the possibility of extension. The work arrangement is Hybrid, with onsite presence in Vancouver required (onsite schedule to be determined). Only local candidates will be considered.
