- Quality Team Support: Gather and display shop data; prepare weekly and monthly reports for leadership. Support the QA Manager by preparing documents in line with ISO standards, coupled with some lab testing.
- Manufacturing Support: Design and develop presentations for company updates. Collect and maintain purchasing data to ensure accurate tracking.
- Maintenance Coordination: Enter and monitor work orders in the system.
- Administrative Support: Perform general office duties including organizing lunches, coordinating site visits, managing front desk responsibilities, and more.
- Safety Commitment: Demonstrate full commitment to our Zero Harm behaviors, supporting our goal of a world-class safety culture. Assist with initiatives and communications to foster a world-class safety culture.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI is a strong asset.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
