- Coordinate and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Support site staff with administrative tasks, including scheduling and communication.
- Manage office supplies and maintain an organized site office environment.
- Assist in tracking project progress and compiling reports for stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with contractors, suppliers, and other external parties.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards through proper documentation.
- Handle on-site queries and escalate issues to relevant personnel when necessary.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the construction team through proactive problem-solving.
- Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role, within the construction buildings general contracting industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of construction terminology and processes is considered an asset.
