- Provide administrative support to management and team members (calendar management, scheduling, email correspondence).
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Manage office communications, including phone calls, emails, and internal messaging.
- Organize meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
- Maintain and update databases, filing systems, and records.
- Assist with onboarding, office supplies, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Support cross-functional teams with project coordination and follow-ups.
- Any Additional Job duties Assigned
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
