Join the Infrastructure and Operations Team, in the Bilingual Endpoint Management & Application Deployment Specialist position. In this role, you'll design and continuously improve the organization's end user computing platforms, with a focus on device lifecycle management, virtual desktops, endpoint management, automation, and security compliance. You'll ensure laptops, tablets, virtual desktops, and productivity tools are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards, while working closely with Infrastructure, Cyber Security, and Service Management teams to deliver a modern, reliable digital workplace.What you'll do:
- Support and maintain Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), including Azure Virtual Desktop, ensuring performance and compliance requirements.
- Design and operate endpoint management and zero touch provisioning solutions using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
- Define and maintain device configurations, compliance policies, and security baselines to ensure standardized and secure endpoints.
- Deliver secure and reliable application packaging and deployment, to ensure timely patching and remediation of vulnerabilities.
- Manage application lifecycle activities (versioning, updates, and compatibility validation), ensuring stable and secure releases.
- Support patch management and compliance by monitoring and reporting application/device posture and driving timely vulnerability remediation.
- Develop and implement automation, scripting, and self service solutions to reduce manual effort and improve scalability.
- Support ITSM (Information Technology Service Management) processes and continuous improvement by maintaining technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum 5 years of experience in End User Computing, Modern Workplace, or Endpoint Engineering roles within an enterprise environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and application packaging and deployment.
- Strong knowledge of endpoint security and compliance, including device configuration policies, baselines, patch management, and vulnerability remediation.
- Proven skills with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell) to improve efficiency and standardization.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and documentation skills, with experience working in regulated or security conscious environments.
- Bilinguism (French and English) oral and written.
- Modern Workplace platforms: Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
- Endpoint security: Windows configuration policies, security baselines, patching, and vulnerability remediation.
- Automation & apps: PowerShell, application packaging, and enterprise deployment.
- ITIL Foundation or equivalent ITSM training.
- Microsoft certifications such as:
- Endpoint Administrator (MD 102) or equivalent experience.
- Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS 900).
- Experience implementing automation or self-service capabilities for EUC platforms.
