
Municipal Infrastructure Project Manager

- Lead design development, cost estimating, and preparation of specifications and contract documents.
- Oversee scheduling, budgeting, tendering, contract administration, and construction inspection.
- Manage projects through concept, design, and construction phases—ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Provide technical design input and support to other Project Managers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while developing new opportunities.
- Prepare proposals and contribute to marketing and business development initiatives.
- Serve as the primary client contact for all project-related matters.
- Mentor and coach a team of engineers and technologists, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.
- Degree in Civil Engineering (accredited university) or Civil Engineering Technology diploma (accredited technical institute).
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) registered with APEGA or Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.) with ASET, or eligibility for registration.
- Minimum 10 years’ progressive experience in infrastructure design and project management, including proposal preparation, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to quality and efficiency.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Canada.
