Work Model: In-officeAbout the OpportunityOur client is seeking a motivated and client-focused Commercial Account Manager to join their growing team in Calgary. This role is ideal for a commercial insurance professional who enjoys managing relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering exceptional service to a diverse commercial client base. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and expanding the commercial portfolio while contributing to overall business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retentionDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholdersIdentify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to support organic growthAnalyze client needs and market trends to recommend appropriate coverage solutionsCollaborate closely with sales, marketing, and internal teams to support commercial initiativesUtilize the Broker Management System (BMS) to manage client interactions, documentation, and reportingPrepare and maintain accurate reports related to account performance and market activitySupport negotiations and renewals while ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirementsQualifications & ExperiencePrevious experience in a commercial insurance role, such as Commercial Account Manager or similarStrong understanding of commercial insurance products and coverage structuresExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProactive, solution-oriented mindset with a client-first approachEducation & LicensingSecondary School diploma preferredAIC License requiredCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary range: $70,000 - $90,000, based on experiencePaid time offExtended health careDental and vision careOn-site parkingCompany-sponsored eventsWhy Join Our ClientThis is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and growing organization that values collaboration, professionalism, and long-term relationships.
