- Actively participate in the development and execution of e-commerce strategic plans;
- Plan, coordinate, and optimize all daily website activities;
- Maintain and evolve the web calendar;
- Collaborate with the content strategy and creative teams to design digital banners and marketing initiatives, ensuring brand consistency;
- Oversee the preparation of briefs and coordinate testing and quality assurance phases;
- Ensure rigorous project follow-up, coordinate stakeholders, manage priorities, and guarantee the quality of deliverables;
- Continuously analyze e-commerce performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities;
- Develop and recommend strategies and concrete actions to improve performance and customer experience;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the user experience (UX/UI), including navigation, content, merchandising, and features;
- Ensure the application of e-commerce best practices and contribute to the optimization of internal processes;
- Leverage artificial intelligence tools to optimize operations, enhance the customer experience, and support decision-making;
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and stay up to date on e-commerce trends and innovations;
- Maintain effective and strategic communication with internal teams and external partners;
- Analytical: Able to interpret data to develop recommendations and propose optimizations to improve e-commerce performance.

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, commerce, business administration, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in an e-commerce role
- Experience in retail and or fashion (an asset)
- Experience with Optimizely (an asset)
- Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices
- Knowledge of Google Analytics or other performance analysis tools
- Knowledge of Power BI (an asset)
- Basic knowledge of SEO
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Bilingual, both spoken and written, in French and English
- Availability outside regular working hours may be required based on business needs
