Practice and Delivery LeadershipLead the delivery of Modern Workplace engagements, ensuring high quality outcomes aligned to client business goalsAct as a senior trusted advisor to clients, guiding strategy and solution decisions across Microsoft 365, Copilot, SharePoint, and Information ManagementOversee solution design and governance models that balance innovation, data security, business compliance, and user experienceDrive consistency and excellence across delivery methodologies, documentation, and standards.Microsoft Modern Workplace ExpertiseLead Solution Architecture and advisory services acrossMicrosoft 365 Copilot and AI enabled productivity scenariosSharePoint Online (intranets, document management, information architecture)Information Protection, Records Management, and Microsoft PurviewMicrosoft Teams collaboration and integrated productivity experiencesStay current on Microsoft’s roadmap and emerging capabilities, translating innovation into practical client valueChampion productivity by design principles that improve employee experience and adoptionBuild, mentor, and manage a team of Consultants and Senior Consultants within the Modern Workplace practiceProvide coaching, performance feedback, and career development supportFoster a collaborative, inclusive, and high trust team culture aligned with client valuesSupport capability development through enablement, knowledge sharing, and certification growthClient Growth & Pre Sales SupportWhat you must have:4+ years of experience delivering Microsoft based solutions in consulting or enterprise environmentsProven leadership experience managing delivery teams and client engagementsDeep hands on and advisory experience with:Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange)Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI?driven productivity use casesInformation Architecture, Information Management, and governanceMicrosoft Purview (Information Protection, Records Management, Compliance)Strong understanding of adoption, change management, and user centric solution designExperience leading workshops, executive discussions, and stakeholder engagementExcellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business valuePost secondary education in Information Systems, Business, or a related fieldMicrosoft certifications are considered a strong asset.Salary/Rate Range: $115,000.00 – $127,000Thank you for your interest in this opportunity.
