What you will doAnalytics & Compensation Program
- Perform complex financial analysis on large datasets, delivering accurate results under tight deadlines and evolving priorities
- Design, build, and maintain sophisticated financial models and implement advanced Excel macros (VBA) to optimize workflows
- Automate data transformation and validation with Power Query to improve efficiency, accuracy, and repeatability of analytical processes
- Work with highly sensitive and confidential data, exercising strong judgment, discretion, and attention to detail
- Develop executive-ready dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI and Tableau
- Translate complex datasets into clear, compelling insights that support senior leadership and governance discussions
- Apply strong data storytelling and visualization best practices to support decision-making
- Explore opportunities to enhance reporting through advanced analytics and AI-enabled capabilities within established governance frameworks
- Provide advanced analytical support for firmwide strategic initiatives and Business Planning
- Perform scenario analysis and modeling to support short- and long-term decision-making
- Proactively identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and continuous improvement across analytical models and processes
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, financial reporting, and data visualization
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field
- Expert technical proficiency in:
- Excel (advanced modeling and large datasets)
- Excel VBA (automation and controls)
- Power Query (data transformation and pipelines)
- Power BI (data modeling, dashboards, ability to write DAX measures)
- Tableau (executive-level visualization)
- Strong analytical mindset with a demonstrated curiosity for data, analytics, and emerging AI-enabled tools
- Desire to continuously learn, innovate, and improve analytical approaches
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders
- High level of integrity and comfort working with sensitive, confidential information
- Professional accounting or finance designation is preferred (CPA, MBA)
