Seize the opportunity: take your next step with us and join our team.Business Process Improvement Manager (Full Time) - Mississauga, ONThe Business Process Improvement Manager works with the BU’s to identify and execute Business Process Improvement projects and deliver value in Customer Service, Cost and Growth Productivity.The position will also interact closely with other Productivity colleagues, Digital Teams, and Corporate stakeholders.Key Accountabilities:
  • Analysis of current workflow processes
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and manage implementation in collaboration with the businesses
  • Document and deliver savings resulting from process improvements
  • Engage and collaborate closely with BU colleagues prior, during and post implementation of process improvements
  • Establish and monitor relevant KPI’s
  • Enter and maintain projects in Power Steering
  • Effectively address delays in project schedules.
  • Prepare and present monthly progress towards productivity targets.
QualificationsEducation:
  • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or a Technical degree
  • Lean/6 Sigma Accreditation
  • Project Management Professional
Experience:
  • 5-10 years working in an Admin or Operations role in a manufacturing or service delivery business
  • Experience with an ERP
  • A record of delivering productivity projects
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
  • Skills in collaboration, influencing and team building
  • Strong in analytical thinking to diagnose opportunities and problems, and develop effective solutions to address
  • Experience with JD Edwards an asset
  • Microsoft office proficiency is required: Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook/Power BI
