- Analysis of current workflow processes
- Identify process improvement opportunities and manage implementation in collaboration with the businesses
- Document and deliver savings resulting from process improvements
- Engage and collaborate closely with BU colleagues prior, during and post implementation of process improvements
- Establish and monitor relevant KPI’s
- Enter and maintain projects in Power Steering
- Effectively address delays in project schedules.
- Prepare and present monthly progress towards productivity targets.
- Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or a Technical degree
- Lean/6 Sigma Accreditation
- Project Management Professional
- 5-10 years working in an Admin or Operations role in a manufacturing or service delivery business
- Experience with an ERP
- A record of delivering productivity projects
- Skills in collaboration, influencing and team building
- Strong in analytical thinking to diagnose opportunities and problems, and develop effective solutions to address
- Experience with JD Edwards an asset
- Microsoft office proficiency is required: Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook/Power BI
