We are rapidly expanding its SaaS ServiceNow practice and are seeking a Sr. ServiceNow Technical Consultant (Sr. Developer) to deliver high-quality solutions for new and existing clients. This role is ideal for an experienced developer with solid consulting skills and a proven track record in ServiceNow ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and system integrations.What you will be doing:
Data Mapping & IntegrationDevelop and implement data mapping solutions to integrate external data into ServiceNowEnsure data integrity and consistency during migration and transformationIntegrate with external systems using middleware, APIs, and connectorsPlatform Development & CustomizationConfigure and customize ServiceNow modules and workflows to meet client requirementsUse JavaScript to create custom scripts and business logicSupport enhancements related to data mapping, transformation, and integrationService Mapping & ITOMDesign, develop, and deploy Service MapsWork with Discovery patterns to ensure accurate representation of IT servicesDeep understanding of CMDB structure and ITOM relationshipsTesting & DocumentationPerform unit and integration testing for data flows and system interactionsDocument mappings, configurations, workflows, and integration logicValidate accuracy and completeness of transferred or transformed dataCollaboration & SupportWork closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to define requirementsSupport production issues and maintain high system performanceParticipate in release planning and identify potential mapping-related impactsContinuous ImprovementMonitor and optimize the performance of integrations and data mappingsRecommend improvements to streamline processes and enhance efficiencyWhat you must have:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldMinimum 7 years of ServiceNow experience, including ITOM Discovery, Service Mapping, and system integrationProficiency with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript)Strong hands-on experience with:Integration tools: Integration Hub, REST APIs, SOAP, MID ServerData transformation tools: Import Sets, Data Sources, Transform MapsProtocols: REST, SOAP, FTP, SFTPFor more information about TEEMA and to consider other career opportunities, please visit our website at
