- Standardization and continuity throughout the assigned customers and region.
- Exceed monthly performance standards set by the Sales Director.
- Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quota.
- Build strong relationships with KOLs (key opinion leaders), key strategic customers and purchasing leads at each assigned account.
- Assistance of development and growth within IDN Systems and GPOs.
- Lead sales, customers interaction and stakeholders with Caldera C4 Values (Care, Collaborate, Challenge, & Create).
- Requires a minimum of 60% overnight travel – 3 nights per week
- Must live close to well-connected airport and 80 kilometers-120 kilometers of Vancouver, BC or Calgary, Alberta.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of medical sales experience.
- 2+ years in medical device sales management.
- Experience in fast growth company or division.
- Navigating and obtaining the VAC process; selling into the OR.
- Must have a positive track record of exceeding quota during previous roles.
- Consistent track record of achieving quota.
- Ability to coach and lead sales with at direct assigned accounts.
- Relentless pursuit of results and execution.
- Roll up sleeves attitude.
- Savvy presentation and communication skills.
- Analytical.
- Experience in working with CRMs (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.).
- Proficient in Excel.
- Master’s Degree.
- $70k-100k (CAD) Annual Salary
