(Compensation may vary based on experience and project complexity)Position OverviewOur client is a well-established General Contractor specializing in complex healthcare and institutional interior construction projects across Southern Ontario. Their work includes renovations, additions, and system upgrades within active hospitals, educational facilities, and public-sector buildings.With a strong pipeline of secured projects, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple interior projects from pre-construction through to completion.This role is best suited to a Project Manager who thrives in technically demanding, fast-paced environments and has experience delivering projects within occupied, operational facilities.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full project lifecycle from pre-construction, planning, and budgeting through to close-outOversee scheduling, cost control, procurement, and overall project execution across multiple projectsCoordinate consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams within phased and live environmentsAdminister contracts, change orders, RFIs, and project documentationAct as the primary point of contact for clients, including healthcare and institutional stakeholdersLead project meetings and provide regular updates on schedule, cost, and progressWork closely with Site Supervisors to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality executionEnsure compliance with all contractual obligations, safety standards, and regulatory requirementsProject PortfolioHealthcare renovations and expansions (hospitals, clinics, care facilities)Institutional and post-secondary interior projects (schools, colleges, government buildings)Complex retrofits, phased renovations, and building system upgradesProjects typically ranging from $1M to $15M+Work frequently performed in occupied and operational environmentsQualificationsMinimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with an ICI General ContractorProven experience delivering healthcare, institutional, or complex interior construction projectsStrong knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling, and cost managementExperience managing projects within live/occupied environments is highly preferredAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-paced project timelinesExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsPost-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is an assetWhat’s OfferedCompetitive base salary with performance-based bonusComprehensive benefits packageStrong pipeline of healthcare and institutional projectsCollaborative team environment with supportive leadershipLong-term growth and advancement opportunities
