Release Manager

• Experience in driving the implementation of scheduled changes with various stakeholders.
• Ability to manage change implementation within specific change windows, primarily during weekends and after hours.
• Experience in leading migration efforts from aged technologies to newer technologies, including vendor transitions.
• Proficiency in using ServiceNow for processing change records and obtaining approvals.
• Prior work experience in the banking industry.
• Technical background and understanding of migration techniques.
• Knowledge of Oracle migration methods.
• Experience in facilitating meetings with Lines of Business and negotiating timelines for activities.

• Coordinate and facilitate change implementation activities with business partners and stakeholders.
• Represent the team at technical meetings, explaining the migration process and requirements.
• Escalate issues as necessary to ensure smooth implementation.
