  • Maintain material availability to support work orders and schedules
  • Ensure la disponibilité des matériaux selon les ordres de fabrication et les plannings
  • Review MRP signals and resolve shortages
  • Analyser les signaux MRP et résoudre les pénuries
  • Release, track, and expedite purchase orders
  • Émettre, suivre et accélérer les commandes d’achat
  • Communicate with suppliers on deliveries and delays
  • Communiquer avec les fournisseurs sur les livraisons et retards
  • Manage inventory levels and accuracy
  • Gérer les stocks et les écarts d’inventaire
  • Support work order readiness and ERP data quality
  • Assurer la préparation des OF et l’exactitude des données ERP
  • Participate in supplier lead‑time and pricing discussions
  • Participer aux discussions sur les délais et prix des fournisseurs
What you need / Profil recherché
  • Required / Exigé: Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Required / Exigé: 5+ years in material planning or supply chain
  • Required / Exigé: ERP/MRP system experience
  • Required / Exigé: Excel and MS Office proficiency
  • Required / Exigé: College diploma / DEC in Management or Administration
  • Advantage / Atout: Electronics, aerospace, or defense experience
  • Advantage / Atout: CPIM or CSCP certification
  • Advantage / Atout: Bilingual French/English and SAP experience
