Maintain material availability to support work orders and schedules
Ensure la disponibilité des matériaux selon les ordres de fabrication et les plannings
Review MRP signals and resolve shortages
Analyser les signaux MRP et résoudre les pénuries
Release, track, and expedite purchase orders
Émettre, suivre et accélérer les commandes d’achat
Communicate with suppliers on deliveries and delays
Communiquer avec les fournisseurs sur les livraisons et retards
Manage inventory levels and accuracy
Gérer les stocks et les écarts d’inventaire
Support work order readiness and ERP data quality

Participate in supplier lead‑time and pricing discussions

What you need / Profil recherché

Required / Exigé: Strong organizational and communication skills
Required / Exigé: 5+ years in material planning or supply chain
Required / Exigé: ERP/MRP system experience
Required / Exigé: Excel and MS Office proficiency
Required / Exigé: College diploma / DEC in Management or Administration
Advantage / Atout: Electronics, aerospace, or defense experience
Advantage / Atout: CPIM or CSCP certification
Advantage / Atout: Bilingual French/English and SAP experience
