  • Steering the continued rollout of the “On Course for 2030” strategy, which integrates innovation, logistics performance, and sustainable development;
  • Leading all port operations while ensuring infrastructure modernization, return on investment, and service excellence;
  • Strengthening the Port’s position nationally and internationally within the St. Lawrence – Great Lakes corridor;
  • Representing the Port of Trois-Rivières with key stakeholders, government entities, and economic and community partners;
  • Maintaining strong social acceptability and ensuring the Port's harmonious integration within its urban environment;
  • Uniting teams around a culture of innovation, collaboration, and engagement.
Ideal Candidate ProfileThe future CEO is recognized for their strategic acumen, ability to turn vision into tangible results, and inclusive leadership style. They possess:
  • Executive or senior leadership experience in a relevant sector such as maritime, logistics, transportation, infrastructure, or economic development;
  • A strong understanding of supply chain issues, energy transition, and international trade;
  • Proven skills in project management, partnership development, governance, and institutional representation;
  • A deep awareness of sustainability, innovation, and regional development challenges;
  • Excellent political savvy, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to navigate complex and constantly evolving environments;
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English (required).
