Employment Type: Full-timeJob SummaryMukwa Energy Ltd. is seeking a skilled Fuel: Blending Plant Operator to safely and efficiently run our fuel blending facility. This role ensures accurate fuel formulations, high-quality standards, and compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements while supporting production and logistics operations.Key Responsibilities:Operate and monitor fuel blending systems, pumps, valves, tanks, and control panels.Handle fuel components and additives safely and according to procedures.Conduct routine quality checks, sampling, and maintain detailed production records.Perform equipment maintenance, inspections, and troubleshoot operational issues.Manage yard maintenance, spill cleanup, and support fuel loading/unloading.Coordinate with supervisors, logistics, and quality teams to meet production targets.Follow all health, safety, and regulatory requirements (e.g., OSHA, EPA).Qualifications & Skills:Experience in fuel blending, chemical processing, or related industrial operations.Knowledge of fuel formulations, additives, and quality standards.Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills.Ability to work flexible hours and in physically active roles.Working Conditions:On-site role with exposure to fuels, chemicals, and outdoor weather conditions.Physical activity including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.Compensation & Incentives:Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.Opportunities for training and career advancement within Mukwa Energy.
