Responsibility 1 Managing the Town's website and social media platforms to ensure accurate, timely, and professional communication with the public.
Responsibility 2 Maintaining and organizing legislative and corporate records in SharePoint, ensuring information is secure, accessible, and compliant with legislative requirements.
Responsibility 3 Supporting Council and Administration by preparing, managing, and preserving agendas, minutes, bylaws, and other official records to ensure transparency and continuity of operations.RequirementsWhat You BringWe're looking for someone with:
- Experience managing digital communications, including websites and social media platforms, preferably in a municipal or public sector environment
- Experience with electronic records management systems, such as SharePoint, and maintaining organized, accurate corporate and legislative records
- Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills, with a commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and service excellence
- A diploma or degree in communications, public administration, information management, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
