- Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure systems, including servers, networks, and storage solutions
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security; proactively identify and resolve issues
- Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and optimization initiatives
- Manage and maintain cloud and/or on-premise environments (e.g., Azure, AWS, VMware)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with business requirements
- Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions
- Ensure adherence to security best practices, policies, and compliance requirements
- Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and provide timely resolutions
- Proven experience as an Infrastructure Consultant, Systems Engineer, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls)
- Experience with server management (Windows/Linux)
- Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in an onsite environment during initial phase
- Onsite in Muskoka during onboarding and ramp-up period
- Hybrid flexibility available after initial integration (subject to performance and business needs)
