- Lead and oversee data engineering and artificial intelligence initiatives, from design to implementation, as well as support teams and stakeholders to achieve established deliverables.
- Ensure the consistency, performance, and quality of deliverables across the various initiatives worked on by the team.
- Analyze complex business problems and develop comprehensive strategies to address them, with a focus on improving operational efficiency.
- Analyze and improve internal processes by leveraging automation, AI, and best practices to gain efficiency.
- Define strategic priorities, establish work plans and priorities, and allocate resources based on operational needs.
- Monitor allocated budgets, timelines, and performance indicators that are established and to be established according to new initiatives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to align goals and ensure the adoption of solutions.
- Identify new opportunities and solutions to exceed team and project goals.
- Develop analyses, project plans, and presentations for senior management to support decision-making.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and outcomes to senior management.
- Excellent communication, change management, and complex problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
- Ability to develop team skills and create growth opportunities.
- Ability to inspire, guide, and create a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Excellent ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines for maximum productivity.

- Good knowledge of Bell Business Markets.
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Administration, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in team management and cross-functional leadership.
- Knowledge of the MS Suite, Jira, and Agile methodology.
- Bilingualism is an asset (English and French).
