Job Description:We’re a naan traditional company…SummaryThe Packaging Project Manager - Product Launch will design and size packaging formats for new products to be launched by FGF Brands. This responsibility entails tight collaboration internally with the Production, Engineering and Sourcing teams as well as externally, with our suppliers.What FGF Offers:

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Effectively manage the critical path of multiple packaging projects to support product launch timelines when packaging formats need to be developed
  • Liaise and follow up with various external stakeholders to ensure all project related tasks are followed up and executed on time and on schedule.
  • Participate in innovation sessions with our suppliers to identify new, better opportunities for packaging formats
  • Thoroughly learn the existing packaging formats for FGF products; size new packaging as required, determine pallet patterns that are most efficient in order to minimize storage and transportation costs
  • Participate in plant trials with focus on packaging performance; adjust packaging features based on the results of the trial, if necessary
  • Other duties, as assigned
Required Experience:
  • Degree in Business or Engineering required
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a Co-ordination role is preferred
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Strong sense of urgency, organization, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Passion to thrive in a constantly changing environment with shifting priorities.
