- Administer and manage subcontract agreements, service contracts, etc. from pre-award through close-out.
- Support or lead subcontractor meetings to discuss progress, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Draft, issue, and manage contractual correspondence, including notices, RFIs, change orders, and payment certificates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely review and approval of subcontractor progress claims and invoices in line with project policies.
- Assist in preparation, analysis, and approval workflows for monthly progress claims and supporting documentation.
- Monitor subcontractor performance, identifying issues early and working collaboratively with teams to resolve potential delays or disputes.

- Liaise regularly with the internal stakeholders such as construction, commercial, and technical disciplines to ensure subcontractor activities align with project schedule and deliverables.
- Maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
- Support internal and external meetings related to subcontract administration, commercial updates, and project controls.

- Track and manage subcontractor costs, budgets, and financial commitments in compliance with project controls processes.
- Assist in evaluating and mitigating subcontractor claims, variations, or change orders, escalating as needed for resolution.
- Support the preparation of monthly commercial and financial reporting deliverables.

- Ensure adherence to all legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements, including internal and joint venture policies and procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within subcontract management processes, especially aligned with the PDB delivery model.

- University degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- 3–7 years of hands-on experience in subcontract administration on large, complex infrastructure, rail, or transit projects. Experience with progressive design-build (PDB) delivery models is a strong asset.
- Proven understanding of construction contracts, subcontractor relationships, and commercial risk management.
- Experience in drafting, negotiating, and managing subcontract agreements.
- Proficiency in cost tracking, price analysis, and progress claim administration.
- Strong knowledge of ERP or contract management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SEO, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and build effective relationships with subcontractors and project stakeholders.
