Hybrid positionResponsibilities
- Manage the customer profile pricing agreements with direction from different business units with our internal tools.
- Maintain accurate pricing in various tools and ensure timely updates.
- Provide support for pricing-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and resolve pricing claims and discrepancies to ensure accurate billing and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the claims department to address and resolve any pricing-related issues.
- Collaborate with Sales, Channel Representatives, and Price Authorizers to process various requests.
- Work closely with Accounts Receivable (AR) to match and clear invoices.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of data entry, as it is price-sensitive
- Creation, maintenance, and modification of customer profile pricing agreements in compliance with directives from Sales Representatives, Channel Managers, and Distributors.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Bilingual - French / English, strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in pricing analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SAP.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel is essential to be successful in this role.
- Ability to work effectively, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and willingness to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and take ownership of projects.
- Ability to analyze data and present actionable results.
