- Support Project Success - Oversee project lifecycles to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, meeting all technical and regulatory requirements.
- Strengthen Cross-Functional Collaboration - Build strong relationships across departments, encouraging knowledge sharing and collective problem-solving to achieve integrated project success.
- A relevant undergraduate degree in civil or environmental engineering, hydrology, geoscience, water resources or closely related discipline.
- 10-15 years of experience in a consulting environment with a focus on hydrology, hydrotechnical, water resources or a related field.
- Holds a professional registration in the province/territory of work; if currently practicing outside of BC/YT, eligibility to obtain professional registration within one year.
- Achieved a senior level of technical proficiency in hydrology and are committed to the continued development of those skills.
- Strong working knowledge of relevant environmental laws, regulations, compliance practices, and record-keeping requirements.
- Proven commitment to Health & Safety (H&S) standards and practices, with a track record of promoting an inclusive and diverse (I&D) work environment that prioritizes safety, respect, and well-being for all team members.
- Adaptability and flexibility to prioritize and manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change and the ability to build partnerships across disciplines and areas of expertise.
- Self-motivated leader with excellent inter-personal and communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, team environment.
- A proven track record of successful business development, and of fostering client relationships.
- Commitment to technical excellence and ability to write proposals and technical reports.
