- Full-time hours
- Be flexible with numerous tasks in a day
- Building relationships with Resident Managers (RM'S), Caretakers, and Concierges in the Multi-Dwelling unit (MDU) market (e.g. apartments, condos, townhouses)
- Be responsible for booking roughly 10-12 MDU events per month
- Handling the full cycle of relationship building (Call building contact – Propose Event – Book Event – Host Event – Thank building Contact)
- Seeking out new opportunities within the MDU market
- Providing current marketing material as required to the RM's
- Using Salesforce to source new contacts when needed
- Updating an online database on a consistent, daily basis
- Providing reports and correspondence to the TELUS Channel Manager in a timely manner
- Dealing with RM escalations
- Weekly scheduling of face-to-face meetings and calls with RM's
