- Successful management of direct reports, including prioritization and direction on key projects, setting goals, and performing reviews
- Coach and mentor current and new team members, taking an active role in recruiting and developing talent

- Manage the contract extension process
- Ability to effectively manage day-to-day business initiatives and to occasionally stretch into broader assignments, with coaching and support
- Assist the finance team with any client escalations
- Deal with all clients who have a non-collect, cancellation or discard of the product
- Manage all client service team finance entries into Salesforce to ensure accuracy with billing
- Ensure team meet call KPIs and execute a high level of attention to detail with regards to client medical files
- Manage rosters and leave applications to ensure staffing remains adequate
- Regular updates with the marketing team to discuss campaigns, trade shows etc.
- Chair a monthly commercial meeting with the marketing manager and outside sales team manager
- Attend monthly management meetings
- Travel for trade shows. Anywhere from 2-10 weekends a year
- Proven experience in managing client services teams
- Knowledge of applicable laws and Health Canada regulations.
- Intermediate skill in the use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Advanced preferred.
- Ability to read and understand medical material.
- Language skills (e.g., proficient in reading and writing in English
- Prolonged sitting in front of a computer
- No remote/hybrid work applies
- 5+ years' experience in managing sales/client services teams
- Experience within the healthcare field is highly desirable
